continually developing part of the company’s
business strategy. Equipment investment is carefully planned to respond to developing component technologies and the growing need
for more complex placement and alignment tolerances. The department has the following capabilities:-
* Manual SMT assembly workstations for prototype and rework
* BGA rework and Ersascope Inspection
* Four Fritsch PA510 automated surface mount pick and place
machines and four 'Q' Placer automated surface mount pick and place
machines
* BGA/Fine pitch placement
* Automated screen printing
* Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) |
