'Through Hole’ Assembly Department Refurbishment
Following on from last years increase in floor space for our ‘through hole’ assembly department the refurbishment programe is now complete.
As part of the refurbishment programme, the department has been equipped with a new anti-static floor, suspended ceiling and air conditioning. In addition new operator desks with an integrated fume extraction system have been installed along with a new advanced aqueous cleaning system a selective solder system and new storage racking for part and finished product control.
'SMT’ Assembly Department
The SMT department is also undergoing changes that will create additional production space to provide better local storage of component reels, feeders and bare boards as well as part and finished products.
Investment has been made in further Fritsch PlaceALL SMT placement machines and a YESTEK AOI system to extend our manufacturing throughput and improve delivery times.
